What began as a romantic gift for my partner quickly became something much more. Like many couples navigating time apart, we found that while messages and video calls helped, they never quite recreated the feeling of truly spending real time together.

We tried conversation cards and other games, but they often ended up being used once and then forgotten. We wanted something different, something fun, effortless, and worth coming back to.

So during one of our longer stretches apart, I created a game for us. Something that would make us laugh, bring us closer, and help us discover new things about each other (with a little healthy competition along the way haha).

The real turning point came when we were finally back together and we kept playing, again and again. That’s when we realised this wasn’t just for long-distance couples, it was something every couple could enjoy whether your near or far.
